The film starring Anushka Shetty as lead role alongside Srinivas Avasarala, Anjali, Michael Madsen, Subbaraju,Madhavan, and Shalini Pandey in supporting roles. This film was shot simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil, with the latter version titled Silence.

Set against the backdrop of Seattle (USA), Nishabdham is the story of Sakshi (Anushka Shetty), an artist with speech impairment and Anthony (Madhavan) who is a celebrity musician. How those two come both and what transpires from there is what forms the crux of this beautiful story.
